Subscribe to U-Log service:
To subscribe on your phone, follow these steps:
Text SUB to 3232.- You will receive confirmation messages from Ufone 4G.
- Reply with Y to the response received from 3232.
- You will get a 4-digit password from Ufone 4G.
- You will receive the detailed logs via text message from Ufone 4G.
Text SUB to 3232.Service charges:
Prepaid: Rs. 2.5+tax/week.
Postpaid: Rs. 10+tax/month.

- The U-log service allows you to have a detailed record of your calls and SMS.
- How can I subscribe to the service?
- Text SUB to 3232 to subscribe and then reply with Y to the response received from 3232.
- How will I get the CDRs?
- A 4-digit password will be assigned to you each time you send a request.
- Which phone supports U-monitor service?
- Any mobile phone can be used to subscribe to this service.
- Do I need Wi-Fi to use this service?
- No, Wi-Fi is not required to use this service.
- If I switch networks, will I still be able to use this service?
- No, this service can only be used if you are using a Ufone 4G SIM
- What if I don’t have any balance on my mobile phone?
- If the balance for the service is unavailable, you will not be able to subscribe to the service.
- I accidentally got subscribed to the service, how can I unsubscribe it?
- Text UNSUB to 7171 to unsubscribe.
- Can I get the records from the previous month?
- Yes, the call detail records of the last 2 months are available
- Can I check my friend’s call records?
- You will only get the records of the number that is subscribed to the service.
- I was charged for subscription but my service is not working?
- Call the helpline for a resolution.
- This service is available for all prepaid & postpaid Ufone customers.
- The service is accessible on all kinds of handsets.
- Charges are exclusive of taxes.
- U-Log is a recursive product.
- Multiple subscriptions are not allowed.
- Customer can send SUB to 3232 to subscribe to the product.
