UAdvance gives you the facility of getting instant balance whenever you are running low.

The tariff/price of the service shall be 30% (inclusive of Tax) of the UAdvance option/grade and shall be charged at time of balance recharge.

It is important that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions before you use Uadvance Airtime Service (“the Service”)IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH OUR CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE BY CALLING 333 AND REPRESENTATIVE WILL EXPLAIN THEM TO YOU. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY AND COMPLY WITH THESE AND OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

All standard Terms and Conditions of Ufone 4G apply to the Service.

The Service is available to Ufone 4G Prepaid and TopUp customers who fall in certain eligibility criteria determined by Machine Learning based on network life, recharge history, usage history, recharge pattern etc .

A customer, who has run out of Ufone 4G airtime, can use the Service to obtain Uadvance.

A customer, who has run out of Ufone 4G airtime, can use the Service to obtain Uadvance.

Only certain airtime values/denominations are available through the Service i.e. between PKR 20 to PKR 60.

Customers will be presented with the maximum airtime denominations for which they are eligible.

The customers eligibility for a loan amount may change from time to time based on change in behaviour of usage of telecom services or change in repayment of Uadvance behaviour.

8. A Service Fee of 30% of the loan amount inclusive of tax is applicable on every loan taken. The Service Fee covers a combination of the third party, bearer, arranging, operating, maintenance, software and/or hardware costs that are required for the provision of the Service. Ufone 4G recovers the Service Fee for and on behalf of their service providers.

In order to provide the Service to you, you acknowledge and give consent for Ufone 4G to provide your information to partners who will process your personal information related to consumption and recharges in order to assess your repayment behaviour and provide you with authorised airtime denominations. This information is also required to enhance the modelling algorithm which is used to pre-authorise customers for emergency recharges. No Personal identification information shall be shared with any external partner.

For purposes of clarity, your personal information is used to determine whether you are authorised for an advance and the amount that you can get. In this regard, the following personal information will be processed by partners, details of

  • SIM Swaps
  • Recharges
  • Usage of Data, Voice and SMS services
  • Repayment of Emergency Recharges to partners

The total amount payable by the customer will be the Service Fee plus Tax together with the amount of airtime that has been provided to the customer (the “Total Value”). The customer will be liable to pay the Total Value. When the customer recharges, the Total Value must be paid.

A customer will be allowed to have only 1 (one) advance at a time and may use the Service again once their outstanding balance has been repaid.

Customers that have not yet repaid to Ufone 4G the total outstanding Uadvance balance and who wish to migrate to a Postpaid package will be required to first settle their outstanding Uadvance balance before they are able to migrate.

The customer can pay for the Service (i.e. the Total Value) by loading Uadvance airtime.

Subscribers should be able to use their advances for all services which includes calls (on and off net), SMS (on and off net), Data, International Calls, Roaming and VAS subscriptions.

General

Ufone 4G and partners may amend, modify or otherwise change these terms and conditions in their sole and absolute discretion on notice to customers and the amended version will be displayed in the same media as these terms and conditions. Ufone 4G will notify you before amendments or otherwise changes in terms and conditions. By continuing to participate in and/or purchase either of the Service, you agree and understand that you will be bound by the amended terms and conditions.

Ufone 4G, and partners and/or any of their agents, directors, affiliates, members, or employees shall not be responsible in any way for claims, losses or damages (either direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise), arising from customers’ use of the Services. Ufone 4G shall not be held liable in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Uadvance Service is not available, or you experience any technical issues arising from your use of these Services.

Ufone 4G and partners have the right to withdraw, or shorten the duration of the Service, or amend the Service Fee in its sole discretion and absolute discretion and will notify customers if it chooses to do so. Customers will not have a claim against Ufone 4G and/or partners in this event.
