Payment Methods

Payment Options

Select your mode of payment and payment location as per your convenience.

Customers can pay their Bills using My Ufone Application through Debit & Credit Card. The Card must be activated from the Bank end for Online Payments & Purchases.

  • Download My Ufone app from Google Play Store (https://goo.gl/lFnPZ8 ) OR Apple Store (https://goo.gl/3aAb9f).
  • Pick a user name of your choice & your number will be associated with that user name.
  • Choose the Bill Payment Option, Select your number ( In case your account is associated with more than one number )
  • Make a ‘Payment’ OR ‘Purchase a Super Card’ OR update your ‘balance’ using ‘Credit / Debit Card’.
  • Confirmation Message & Email with payment confirmation will be sent to you.
  • Make your Postpay bill payment or buy Prepaid recharge in three easy steps
  • Dial *786# to access your UPaisa Wallet.
  • Select Ufone Load/Postpay.
  • Enter amount and MPIN to authenticate.
  • Receive confirmation SMS.

Customers can pay their Ufone & PTCL bills using the VTM Machines (Located at the following Locations https://ufone.com/support/vtm/) using Cash, Credit Card & Debit Card.
Ufone Bill Payment:

  • Select ‘Bill payment’ option from main screen.
  • Enter ‘Postpay number’ and click ‘Next’
  • ‘Cash’ OR ‘Credit/Debit Card’ Payment options are displayed, Select accordingly.
  • Upon selection, On next screen customer has to enter amount to be paid in multiples of 50 or 100.
  • In case ‘Cash’ option is selected then on cash payment screen, user is required to enter currency notes one by one. Upon completion of transaction bill is paid and receipt gets printed.
  • In case ‘Credit /Debit Card’ option is selected ,swipe or insert the ‘Credit/Debit Card’ and click the proceed button. Upon completion of transaction bill is paid and receipt gets printed.

Ufone Balance Recharge:

  • Select ‘PTCL Bill Payment’ OR ‘EVO Bill Payment’ option from main screen.
  • Enter Phone # , Invoice # or Account ID for ‘PTCL Bill Payment’ and click ‘Next’
  • Select EVO type and enter MDN # for ‘EVO Bill Payment’ and click ‘Next’
  • On next screen Bill details are displayed , User is required to enter amount to be paid in multiples of 50 or 100.
  • On ‘Cash payment’ screen user enters currency notes one by one. Upon completion of transaction bill is paid and receipt gets printed.

PTCL & EVO Bill Payment:

  • Select ‘PTCL Bill Payment’ OR ‘EVO Bill Payment’ option from main screen.
  • Enter Phone # , Invoice # or Account ID for ‘PTCL Bill Payment’ and click ‘Next’
  • Select EVO type and enter MDN # for ‘EVO Bill Payment’ and click ‘Next’
  • On next screen Bill details are displayed , User is required to enter amount to be paid in multiples of 50 or 100.
  • On ‘Cash payment’ screen user enters currency notes one by one. Upon completion of transaction bill is paid and receipt gets printed.
  • Type *126*(14 digit code at the back of your card) followed by #
  • Visit authorized retailer to make payment.
  • Customers can pay their bills here through cash, debit card, credit card or cheques (cross cheque in the name of PTML)
        • Visit any Ufone Customer Service Center, Ufone franchise, UBank Branch or UPaisa shop
        • Ask to pay your Ufone Postpay bill using the UPaisa Postpay bill payment service
        • Provide the agent with your mobile phone number receive a confirmation SMS regarding the payment of your bill
        • Once the payment is successful, the agent will stamp your bill (you should keep the stamped bill with you as it carries the transaction ID and agent ID information)

Note – Please make your bill payments before due date so your services are not blocked

  • Outstanding amount will be debited from your credit card automatically. You will receive bill for record. This Facility is available on All Banks Credit cards.
  • Step 1: Insert your card into the ATM and enter your PIN
  • Step 2: Select – “Bill Payment”
  • Step 3: Select “Mobile Payment – Postpay”
  • Step 4: Select – “Ufone”
  • Step 5: Enter the Bill/Amount
  • Step 6: Enter your Mobile Number e.g 03341234567
  • Step 7: Select your Account and confirm your payment
  • Step 8: Collect your confirmation slip

You can pay your bill through countrywide network of NADRA kiosks by using your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) International Recharge – Recharge for friends and family while abroad http://www.ufone.com/vas/Utilities/International-Recharge/ Directpay in Bank Branches – At your nearest Faysal Bank or SCB
