VIP call service allows you to manage incoming calls on your number. With this service, you will receive calls from desired callers only and transfer others to a designated personal secretary number. Only people who have your VIP PIN code can get connected with you. By default, all calls will shift to the subscriber number

What is VIP call service?
VIP call service allows you to manage calls for a specific number, indicating getting calls from desired callers only and transferring others to a designated number. People cannot call on your number without your PIN Code. You can transfer calls to your secretary.

How can I subscribe to the VIP call service?
You can subscribe to this service by dialing *3322#. Once subscribed, you can dial *3322# again to use other features.

How can I enable and disable VIP call service without un-subscribing the service?
To turn on the VIP call service, the user needs to send “VIP ON” to 3322 or dial *847#. To turn off VIP calls, the user can use the “VIP OFF” command or dial *3322#

Can I use this service even when I don’t have a balance?
Yes, you can use this service without balance as well.

Who can subscribe to the VIP call service?
All Ufone 4G customers can subscribe to VIP call service.

Who can use the Do Not Disturb feature without subscribing to this service?
Only Ufone 4G prepaid customers can use the DND feature without subscribing to this service.

What are the charges for this service?
Subscription charges:
Prepaid Rs. 2/day (recursive)
Postpaid Rs. 18 + tax/month (recursive)
Charges for PAYG module:
PAYG (Do not Disturb) (any hour selection) – Rs. 1+tax/request (for Prepaid only)

Do I need a specific SIM or phone to subscribe to this service?
No. You do not need a specific SIM or phone to subscribe to the VIP call service. This service can work on any standard mobile or smartphone.

How can I add a personal secretary?
You can add a personal secretary both via SMS and USSD.
Via USSD: You need to dial *3322#

How many numbers can I add as my secretary?
Only one Ufone 4G number can be your secretary.

Can I make other mobile operator numbers also as my secretary?
No, you can only add Ufone 4G number as your secretary.

What will be the responsibilities of a personal secretary?
All of your unwanted calls will get transferred to your secretary.

What is the purpose of whitelisting any number?
Any call from a whitelisted number will be directly transferred to the subscriber. They don’t need to enter a PIN code every time they call.

How can I whitelist any number?
Send ADD WL to 3322 or dial *3322#

How many numbers can be whitelisted?
You can add as many numbers as you want to your whitelist.

What is the purpose of blacklisting any number?
Blacklisted number calls will only be blocked from VIP call service subscribers’ numbers but also for their personal secretary number.

How can I blacklist any number?
Send ADD BL to 3322 or dial *3322#

How many numbers can I blacklist?
You can add as many numbers as you want to your blacklist.

How can I use the Do Not Disturb PAYG feature?
You can activate the DND PAYG feature via both SMS and USSD.
SMS:
If you want to activate DND for 12 hours, send DND12 to *3322#
If you want to activate DND for 24 hours, send DND 24 to *3322#
USSD:
Dial *3322#

How can I deactivate the Do Not Disturb PAYG feature?
You can deactivate the DND PAYG feature via both SMS and USSD.
SMS:Send DND off to *3322#
USSD:Dial *3322#

How can I unsubscribe from the service?
You can unsubscribe to this service by sending UNSUB to 3322 or dialing *3322#

PAYG:
The VIP call service is also functional on Pay As You Go basis. In this case, you don’t have to subscribe to the service, but you can activate a “Do Not Disturb” for 12 or 24 hours by paying for a one-time request, meaning you will pay Rs. 1.20 (Incl. Tax) every time a DND request is applied.

    • Note: PAYG is only available for prepaid customers.
      • These terms and conditions are in addition to the general terms and conditions duly approved by PTA and agreed to by the customer in CSAF/eCSAF at the time of activation of connection/SIM.
      • Ufone 4G reserves the right/discretion to set/change the price/rate of any offer/package/bundle or withdraw/change/revoke such offer/package/bundle at any time. Where required under PTA’s regulations, prior notice is given to affected customers accordingly.
      • Offer price/charges of each offer/package/bundle shall be subject to all applicable taxes, if any, irrespective of the area of the country the requisite offer/service/package/bundle is activated or availed in.
      • The charging system reserves a certain proportion of available data volume in MBs of your package against opening/accessing each application/website on the device. Therefore, the simultaneous opening/accessing of multiple applications and/or websites may result in reserving all your available data volume in MBs of your package and may start charging on the base rate of your package.
      • The amount of balance and recharge required for bundles may be rounded to the nearest whole number.
