Q. How do I pay for the service?
A. For each due date, the subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your prepaid balance if you’re a prepaid customer.
Q. What if the user does not have the balance?
A. For successful subscription, user needs to have a sufficient balance as per the bundle selected. Content access will temporarily be suspended, until successful renewal.
Q. How does koyal work?
A. After successful signup, your mobile number is your access ID and password will be sent via SMS once you login to web or APP there will be no need to login again until your manual log out the portal.

Q. What are charges for this IVR?
A. This service is on daily charging mechanism and subscription price is Rs 1+T daily. Which will be charged from user’s mobile balance.
Q. How many languages can I listen?
A. Koyal IVR can be listened in All regional Languages of Pakistan. Language navigation menu is present under 2 Button Option. You can simply select your desired language by pressing the guided button.
Q. How can I change my desired language after Language Selection?
A. You can simply navigate to Main Menu by pressing * key and select any other language.
Q. Can I download ringtone or full track from IVR?
A. Yes, you can download ringtone and full track of any song by pressing guided key this will send a SMS with download link there are no additional charges for this download.
User Can also download Utune available as additional features. Of IVR and Web. For that standard Utune Charges will apply
