Dear Customer, To further exceed your expectations, a maintenance charge of 1.1% will be applicable on every recharge from 1st July 2011 along with government taxes. At the time of account recharge, a service charge of 5% (on scratch card/utopup face value) + Government taxes will be applicable on all transactions via ULoad or scratch cards, effective from 1st July 2009. No service activation FEE will be deducted for UTunes service. Re.1+Tax/day will be charged from 2nd day of activation.

Ufone notifies all its valued subscribers against replying to or acting upon any call or SMS received which claims to double your balance, win bumper prizes, cash rewards, discount vouchers, or any other surprise gifts. Beware of any SMS which contains a string like '03332597334u2u50' or any call that asks you to give the number on the back of a scratch card as this is fraud and will cause you a loss.
Remember, if you receive any such SMS or calls call 333 from your Ufone immediately.

Attention all Ufone Prepaid and Postpay customers! As per new Government Income Tax (Amendment) Ordinance 2011, withholding tax upon each Prepaid balance recharge and Postpay bill payment has been decreased from 11.5% to 10%. This new tax amendment is applicable from 1st July, 2011.

Note: From 15th July 2011, calls to 333 from prepaid numbers will be charged at Re. 1 + tax per call. Additional Re. 1 + Tax will be charged for speaking to Ufone’s Customer Care Representative.
