Guidance and troubleshooting during international roaming in any foreign country

Network Selection Procedure

  • We recommend handset network selection mode will be automatic
  • In case of a network selection issue, manual selection option will be adopted from the user handset
  • For economical roaming tariff & preferred operator selection click (i) Prepaid (ii) Postpaid

Voice Dialing Procedure

  • All outgoing calls should be dial with “+” or “00” followed by the country code and the destination number. e.g. for Pakistan simply dial +92(city/mobile code) (number)
  • For economical roaming tariff & preferred operator selection click (i) Prepaid (ii) Postpaid

Prepaid Data Browsing

  •  For prepaid data Roaming Service activation, dial *506# and follow reply based instructions
  • In case still browsing failed, check your handset APN setting there should be Ufone.pinternet
  • For economical roaming tariff & preferred operator selection click (i) Prepaid

Balance Recharge & Inquiry procedure

  • Select your mode of payment and payment location as per your convenience. Click Recharge Guide
