Service Subscription Mechanism<\/h2>\n

Customers will SMS keyword \u2018SUB\u2019 to the short code 2937 to initiate the subscription process. Users will receive a reply asking them to confirm their subscription. Charges for subscription will only be deducted on customer\u2019s confirmation. Subscription will remain active till unsubscribed. Also, the users can upgrade their packages at any time. Access Level 0 (Accountholder):<\/h2>\n

In the hierarchy, Account Holder is a parent account and will possess the main login; this is only account that will be charged. Account holder will have all the privileges to change and modify members. Account Holder\u2019s MSISDN cannot be tracked unless added as a member\/employee.<\/p>\n

Access Level 1:<\/h2>\n

This is the second level from the top. Members of Access level 1 will have their own domain, with two other levels of hierarchy (level 2 and level 3) under them. Level 1 members will be able to modify, add and view members under their domain. Users of Access level 1 will also have the privilege to define<\/p>\n

tracking schedules for members in their domain and download hourly reports for their account.<\/p>\n

Access Level 2:<\/h2>\n

User of access level 2 will only have viewing\/tracking privileges. Users of Level 2 will only view and monitor \u2018executives\u2019 (Access Level 3) defined under them; tracking schedules will be defined by Level 0 or 1 users. However each user of Level 2 will have their personal login and password.<\/p>\n

Access Level 3:<\/h2>\n

\"\" Executive is the last level in the hierarchy. They do not have any access on the web interface. They will be tracked as per the schedule defined.<\/p>\n

This new feature will now allow subscribers to track their workforce every 15 minutes, rather than 1 hour or 30 minutes. Subscribers can now set 15 minutes timer for a set of or individual employee on different days, depending on employee’s shifts e.g. If subscriber has 3 employee working on different shifts, s\/he can set different 15 minutes schedules for each employee based on their working hours. Geo-Fencing is a technology that allows to select a geographic point using latitude and longitude information and then to create a virtual “fence” around that point of a given radius.<\/p>\n

\"\"\"\" UBusiness is an innovative service specially designed for enterprises; enabling them to monitor their employees and plan schedule for their workforce. It ensures effectiveness and safety while optimizing the sales force efficiencies.<\/p>\n

\"\" UBusiness geo-fence allows an administrator to set up triggers so when a person\/GSM based device enters or exits the boundaries defined by the administrator, a text message, email alert or both is sent.<\/p>\n

Subscription<\/strong><\/h2>\n

UBusiness customers can subscribe to geo-fence add-on by sending ‘Addon geofence’ to SC: 2940. 15min Timer Add-on is prerequisite for the subscription of geo-fence add-on.<\/p>\n

Geo-Fence Add-on Pricing<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The subscription price for Geo-fence add-on is PKR: 1,000 per month. This add-on can be subscribed as an added feature of the 15 Min Timer. Geo-fence add-on will consume 15 Min Timer trackings which will be available with the customers. This add-on does not restrict the subscribers from applying Geo-fence to any number of members. However, this has to be kept in mind that higher number of members defined for 15 Min Timer, Geo-Fencing shall require more tracking quota to perform the scheduled tracking. This quota can always be enhanced using the 15 Min Timer Additional Tracking Bundles.<\/p>\n

Data storage and validity<\/strong><\/h2>\n

UBusiness geo-fence; being one of the most tracking-intensive<\/p>\n

features shall result in acquiring the member locations at a very high frequency and therefore, it is not possible to keep a record of all those locations within the live database. Only the Geo-fencing events such as a member entering or leaving the defined Geo-fence points and alerts shall be stored in the database and shall be accessible to the subscribers.<\/p>\n

\"\" NOTE: Geo-fence activity logs will be available for a maximum period of 3 months. Logs and data older than the specified time period shall be purged out of the system. Therefore, no such claims or requests shall be entertained.<\/p>\n

\"\" Email list Addon<\/p>\n

\"\" This new add-on will allow existing UTrack Business users to receive tracking report of all their employees automatically every 12 hours to their specified email mailing list.<\/p>\n
