Q. What are reward points?
A. These points are given to customers to reward them for their relationship with Ufone. |

Q. How are reward points calculated?
A. Reward points are calculated on the basis of customer’s payments for e.g. Payment of Rs.500 a customer will get 500 points.

Q. How did you calculate the points shown on the invoice?
A. These are calculated on payments made by customers in their postpay account since July 05. |

Q. What happened to my payments made prior to July 2005?
A. Payments made before July 2005 are not included in reward points scheme. |

Q. Are reward points linked with due date of monthly bill?
A. No, it is not linked with due date. You can make payment anytime and enjoy reward points. |

Q. What do you mean by points earned this month?
A. These will be reward points calculated against total payments made by you during the month. |

Q. Can a customer win extra points?
A. No, you can only earn points on the basis of payments made. |

Q. Going forward will reward points be calculated on monthly basis?
A. Yes they will be calculated on real time basis as customer will make payment points will automatically be updated in system. |

Q. Will I be able to get information regarding reward points on Call Center?
A. Yes, you can information regarding your reward points from our call centers and Service Centers. |

Q. When can I redeem these points?
A. You can redeem points on accumulation of 10000 points. You have to have a minimum of 10,000 points to qualify for redemption. |

Q. What will be method for redemption?
A. Just call 333 from your Ufone or visit nearest service center and the customer service representative will be happy to serve you. The redemption process can take up to 24 hours from the time of request. |

Q. What are the options available for redemption?
A. Customers can redeem points @ 3%
For Example if you have 10,000 reward points, you can avail adjustment of 300/- in your next month’s invoice. If there are any further developments regarding redemption options will be communicated to you. Further options will be communicated to you in next month’s invoice. |

Q. Can I get cash against my reward points?
A. No, customers can only avail reward points to make payment against their outstanding amount. |

Q. What will be minimum payment required for reward point calculation?
A. Reward points can be calculated on minimum payments of 1 Rupee = 1 Point |

Q. Can I avail these points if my connection is voluntarily blocked?
A. Yes, you can avail your points as long as your connection is not disconnected. |

Q. Can I adjust my reward points against next month’s line rent?
A. Yes, you can adjust reward points against any outstanding amount on your connection. The adjustment amount will be limited to the value of reward points only. |

Q. When these points will expire if not availed?
A. These points once allocated will not expire as long as your number is not disconnected. Once a number is disconnected, reward points can not be redeemed. |

Q. Is the point calculation dependant on package?
A. No these points are calculated on payments irrespective of packages. However PCO and Data packages will not qualify for reward points. |

A. No, the reward points are only available for post paid customers. |

A. No, these can not be clubbed for FNF members every single customer can avail redemption applicable to his/her account respectively. |
