| Ufone UTrack Inventory Management: This Powerful Add-on will allow subscribes of UTrack Business to manage their complete inventory/stock via UTrack Business portal, giving them the flexibility and convenience with a single window employee and inventory management solution. |

| 15 Minutes Timer: This new feature will now allow
subscribers to track their workforce every 15 minutes, rather than 1 hour or 30
minutes. |

| Email list: This new add-on will allow existing
UTrack Business users to receive tracking report of all their employees
automatically every 12 hours to their specified email mailing list. |

| User will click the new tab ‘Email List’, where they will be
able add email address of the users they want to add in the mailing list. |
| |
| Subscribers can now set 15 minutes timer for a set of or
individual employee on different days, depending on employee's shifts e.g. If
subscriber has 3 employee working on different shifts, s/he can set different 15
minutes schedules for each employee based on their working hours. On subscribing
to this Add-On, a button "15 Minutes Timer" will be added on UTrack Business web
portal. Simply click on the button to setup your new timer schedule. |

| Team View: This new feature will allow users of
UTrack Business to see the location of all the members added in a particular
team on the map at the same time. On subscribing to this features, a button
‘Team View” will be added on the web interface. |

| Route View: This feature will allow user of UTrack
Business to see the route of any individual employee in a single view on map.
The route will be build on the basis of locations registered on specified
intervals. A button ‘View Route’ will be added on the web interface after user
successfully subscribe to this features. |

| View Point of Interest: This powerful feature will
allow users of UTrack Business to add their own point of interest on the map.
Giving the option to users to add their own reference points for better tracking
and user experience. After successfully subscribing to this feature, a new
button/tab ‘POI will be added on the web interface |

| Hierarchy: This added feature will allow subscribers
of UBusiness to set hierarchy and define access levels to monitor employees on
the same account via web interface. Each new level will get their own login and
password |

Access Level 0 (Accountholder): In the hierarchy, Account Holder is a
parent account and will possess the main login; this is only account that will
be charged. Account holder will have all the privileges to change and modify
members. Account Holder’s MSISDN cannot be tracked unless added as a
member/employee. |
|
Access Level 1: This is the
second level from the top. Members of Access level 1 will have their own domain,
with two other levels of hierarchy (level 2 and level 3) under them. Level 1
members will be able to modify, add and view members under their domain. Users
of Access level 1 will also have the privilege to define tracking schedules for
members in their domain and download hourly reports for their account. |

Access Level 2: User of access level 2 will only have viewing/tracking
privileges. Users of Level 2 will only view and monitor ‘executives’ (Access
Level 3) defined under them; tracking schedules will be defined by Level 0 or 1
users. However each user of Level 2 will have their personal login and password. |
|
Access Level 3: Executive is the last level in the hierarchy.
They do not have any access on the web interface. They will be tracked as per
the schedule defined. |

| Subscription Mechanism – UTrack Business: |
| |
| Customers will SMS keyword “SUB” to the specific short code
of the package they wants to subscribe. Users will receive a reply asking them
to confirm their subscription. Charges for subscription will only be deducted on
customer’s confirmation. Subscription will remain active till unsubscribed.
Users can switch their packages at any time. Following are the Short code

enabled after successful subscription, users/account holder can subscribe to
this feature through the following process: |

User will receive a confirmation SMS from short code 240 to confirm their
subscription to a particular feature |
