If the information received is not correct you may visit the nearest Service Centre or Franchise centre of the respective operator for rectification of records and removal of disowned numbers against your name.

Each SMS sent on 668 will be Free of cost.

You will get preloaded balance of Rs. 50/- along with expiry of 30 days in your prepaid SIM.

You can change ownership of your number by visiting our Service Center or Franchise along with your active SIM and original Computerized National Identity Card. Presence of transferee is also required along with his original Computerized National Identity Card and No Objection Certificate.

From Franchise it will take 48 hours while from Service Center you will be entertained right away.

You may visit our Service Center or Franchise along with your original Computerized National Identity Card and active SIM. However, ownership change will be subject to detailed verification.
